I had leftover green noodles from the Christmas wreath that we did so I decided to use them.
You will need:
Noodles died green
Card stock
hole punch
Green marker
glue
Draw a shamrock on the card stock, then cover with glue and put on the noodles! After it dries cut it out and punch a hole in the top, hang it up for St. Patrick's Day.
