Blue Bird

You will need:

Pill bottle

construction paper(blue, yellow)

glue

scissors

black pen

Hole reinforcer stickers

1. Cover the pill bottle with blue paper. Cut a circle to glue on one end.

2.Cut out wing shapes and a tail . Add texture with a pen. Glue on to the body.

3.Cut out a beak and feet from yellow paper and glue on.

4.Use hole reinforcers for the eyes and color center with black pen.

5. Remove pill container!

My daughter loves the blue bird song so I came up with this so she could have her very own blue bird. If you make it around a small enough pill container it can act as a finger puppet. For little fingers try stuffing a little toilet paper inside to make it fit their fingers more snug!
