You will need:
Paper Plate
Scissors
Colored paper
Glue
noodles, glitter, stickers, buttons, etc.
I know that my two year old LOVES glue, glitter, and stickers so I let her and her friends glue and stick whatever they wanted to their paper plates. Then we cut out some petals and leaves and glued those on so we ended up with beautiful flowers.
